Employees can clock in/out, view schedules, check time off, benefits, and pay. Managers can handle exceptions promptly, ensure adequate staffing and schedules, approve time off requests, and address other essential needs.

The Workforce Central tablet app functions even in offline mode, ensuring punches are stored locally and automatically synchronized with Workforce Central when connectivity is restored.
